This machine produces ring manhole products up to 1 meter in length, elevation collars, parcel and culvert bodies, conical and ring collar products, from Ø600mm to Ø1500mm, according to customer demands.

• Vibration: Products are compressed using a vibrator with a liquid-oiled, closed-circulation power-adjustable system. User errors are minimized with the oil return control system. The vibrator's components (bearing, sleeve, shaft) are of (ST 52) or (ST 37) steel quality.
• Mortar Distribution Group and Boiler: Ensures homogeneous pouring of concrete mortar into molds. The 2m³ bunker boiler discharges mortar easily. Distributor arms quickly fill the molds. The bunker moves right or left using a special mechanism.
• Construction: Heavy, high-quality materials ensure resistance against vibration, abrasion, and external factors. Hardox or hardened steel is used in high-wear areas. The machine design allows for quick installation.
• Molds and Equipment: Produces chimney bracelet products from Ø600mm to Ø1500mm using molds of 800mm x 800mm, 1000mm x1000mm and culvert products up to 1 meter in length. It includes a spare parts equipment box with bearings, motor, belts, pulleys, liquid seals, and hydraulic hoses. Necessary equipment is always in stock for fast, high-quality service.
• Transport Steam Curing and Stocking: Products are transported by forklift or crane to the steam room for 120-degree steam treatment, enhancing concrete strength. After curing, products are moved to the stock area.
