- Construction: Made from high-strength (ST 52) and (ST 37) steels, ensuring durability and resistance to site-leveling issues. CNC machined components for precise alignment.
- Vibrator System: Closed-circuit with liquid oil, automatic lubrication, SKF/FAG bearings, and continuous vibrator power adjustment via the control panel.
- Hydraulic System: BOSCH-REXROTH components, integrated into the machine pit for noise and space efficiency. Equipped with temperature and oil level sensors.
- Control Panel: SCHNEIDER components for easy operation, with controls for temperature, oil level, and vibrator power.
- Bunker and Mortar Distributor: 1.5 cubic meter mortar tank with a chain gear protection cage for homogenous mortar distribution.
- Safety Features: Includes sensors, safety guards, emergency stop buttons, and a ladder for pit access.
- Transport and Steaming: Transport vehicle with air-type tires, and optional forklift transport for diameters over Ø150mm and Ø200mm. Includes transport baskets.
