Construction (Main Chassis): Made from high-strength (ST 52) (ST 37) steel, with zero scale and calibration on special benches, eliminating construction site scale issues. CNC-processed upper plastering and lower vibrator groups. It is the first and only fully automatic base element machine in Turkey, unmatched in its class.

• Vibrator System: Closed circulation system with liquid oil. Automatic lubrication activates with machine operation. Oil return is sensor-controlled, with user error prevention on the panel. Bearings are SKF or FAG. Vibrator power is steplessly adjustable via the control panel, saving time and labor.
• Hydraulic System: BOSCH-REXROTH (German) brand. All components are tested at BOSCH-REXROTH’s test center before arrival. After assembly, the system is checked, adjusted, and ready for shipment. Hydraulic units are positioned to minimize noise, heat, and space loss, with temperature, oil level, and pollution sensors for constant monitoring. The SERVO motor saves energy.
• Control Panel: Designed for easy operator use, with SCNEIDER (German) materials. Settings for hydraulic unit temperature, oil level, and vibrator power are accessible via the Industrial PC, preventing work, worker, and time loss.
• Bunker and Mortar Distributor: 2.5 m³ mortar boiler with 100 kg capacity. Distributor ensures homogeneous mortar distribution from the bunker.
• Safety and Sensor: Equipped with sensors and switches for safety, minimizing operator accidents. Security measures include steel guards around moving parts and EMERGENCY STOP buttons at key points. The machine well has a ladder for safe access and egress.
• Product Transportation and Steaming: Products are moved to the steaming area by forklift. The machine uses specially designed pallets for easy forklift pickup, eliminating the need to turn pallets upside down for new production.
• Molds and Pallets: Made from St52 Steel, with compliance to İller Bankası Standards and DIN 4032-4035 norms. CNC-machined pallets are packaged with protective wax, preventing rust until the first use.
